This tri-level townhouse is located in the secure canal/beach complex of Paradis Vaie, just 90m from the popular Avalon surf and recreational beach.

The neighborhoods here are as diverse as they come. Check out West-End – it's edgy, artsy, rebellious. Every wall in that district screams with graffiti tales, like a montage of lost dreams and epic comebacks. Then there's East Ridge, all sunny cafes and gentle vibes. My personal fave is small Chestnut Corner. I grabbed a bagel there one random morning and – BAM – that hot coffee and sweet vibe hit me hard. Felt like a scene straight out of Scorsese's flicks, baby, "The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself!"
