Seizaburô Kawazu: Seibê - Brothel Operator

They're very different actors, as has been noted, with Shimura being more versatile and Mifune more charismatic, but Mifune's gangster's a touch too frenetic.

I think about all the craziness. The power outages, the angry lady, the kid in the puddle. It’s all part of the ride. I’m just an elevator operator in Mifune, but man, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
